La gentilezza e il modo di accoglierci del proprietario molto attento a tutto e ne dobbiamo dare atto ...su tutto .....forse un po' meno la cuoca che crediamo sia la compagna meno e molto austera .....pulizia e cibo senza parole

Meno la possibilità di non avere un mini frigo in camera di avere avuto poca luce e un sistema di aria condizionata non adatto alla camera per altro nulla da dire

Un angolo di paradiso e relax. Zona immersa nel verde, ideale per staccare la spina. Nei dintorni vigne e cantine per degustare i prodotti tipici irpini. Magnifico Gerardo e tutto il suo team. Accoglienza, disponibilità e tanta passione nel raccontare la propria storia. Esperienza autentica. Un plauso di merito per l'orto e la fattoria didattica. Pallino mi mancherà.

Good, spatious and clean room, nice location in nature

Practically all additional facilities (pool, sauna, cooking class, restaurant) were closed, non functioning or simply not available. I booked that location mostly due to good additional offer, at least thats what I tought looking at the pictures.

What we really liked about Il Poggio was the overall atmosphere and the warm, family-run charm. The highlight for us, a family of four, was definitely the pool area, which provided a peaceful and relaxing environment. The homemade dinners were another major plus, especially since they use fresh produce from their own garden. Dining outside in their beautiful garden with great wine and a lovely atmosphere made each evening special.

On the downside, there were a couple of things that could be improved. While we understood there was an extra fee for the pool, it felt a bit disappointing, especially since we were already staying as guests. It makes sense for day visitors, but it would have been nice if it was included for those who book a room. Additionally, our room, though equipped with air conditioning, felt a bit tight for our family of four. Also, while the food was delicious, knowing the menu in advance would have been helpful, as the portions on the second night were a bit small. Despite these minor issues, we still had a wonderful time overall.
