An authentic and old Tuscan house comes with typical issues, such as low water pressure and temperature, and higher temperatures in the attic rooms. In our apartment, the second (furthest) bedroom remained warmer and was difficult to cool with the air conditioning unit located in the living room.

Un poco lejos de sitios de interés

Samira heißt einen herzlich willkommen, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Wir waren im Chalez und haben uns die Heit genossen und uns wohl gefühlt. Preis/Leistung wirklich sehr gut.

Leider hat in einem Schlafzimmer ein Fliegengitter gefehlt und in der Küche hätten wir uns ein bisschen mehr Ausstattung gewünscht, aber es war nichts existenzielles das uns gefehlt hat. Daher alles fein.

Fantastische locatie. Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw. Alles aanwezig en wordt dagelijks bijgehouden. Zwembad altijd schoon met s'avonds uitzicht op de xonsondergang. Aanrader voor mensen die van een echte agritorismo houden!

Duże apartamenty, piękne położenie, a przez to widoki. Duża posesja wyposaźona w basen, miejsca do spacerów między drzewami oliwnymi czy cyprysami, ale też stoliki do posiedzenia i podziwiania naprawdę ponadprzecietnych widoków Umbrii, plac do gry w bule, Dobra baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Umbrii. Sklepy jak Conad czy Lidl w odległości kilku minut jazdy w Po Bandino. Miła, dbajaca o wszystko właścicielka.

Samira è una persona gentilissima e accogliente, ci ha fatti sentire a casa.

Lage für Besichtigungen in Umbrien und Südtoskana sensationell. Schöner großer Pool.

Kaum Ansprechpartner, und wenn, dann kein Englisch. Wohnung war lieblos eingerichtet, wenn auch alles vorhanden war. Im Bad keine Regale/Aufhänger. Sehr kleiner Tisch für 4 Personen.
