very pathetic place and ambience

Staff is not polite. Thier main goal is to earn more. They will force you the make full payment while checkin and doesn’t provide any service. food was pathetic and no hot water also. they claimed that there issue in solar panel and hence no hot water. we were not provided break fast and their claim was that there was group booking and they consumed entire food. We checked out immediately and got into other resort. This property is not advisable for families especially if you have kids. they will suffer a lot.
