Authentic Farmhouse, near beach

Die Lage ist in Ordnung und das WLAN funktioniert.

Das Haus ist in einem Zustand, in dem man es als ehrlicher und guter Anbieter nicht vermieten sollte. Schimmel überall im Badezimmer und die Wände im Wohnraum haben Löcher und deutliche Feuchtigkeitsschäden. Ein loser Toilettensitz, ein defekter Kühlschrank, offene Steckdosen und hochstehende Schrauben, an denen man sich leicht verletzten kann. Der beworbene Grill ist ebenfalls defekt. Alte Kindersocken der vorherigen Besucher sind im Preis inklusive. Zuerst war der Anbieter sehr kommunikativ, doch als ich ihn auf den unbewohnbaren Zustand angesprochen habe, hat er sich rar gemacht. Fotos wollte der nichts haben, wahrscheinlich weil ihm der Zustand ohnehin bekannt ist. Zum Glück gibt es noch den Kundenservice von Booking Ich kann jedem empfehlen, diese Unterkunft zu meiden!

L'emplacement est très calme avec une magnifique vue sur les champs. Il y a tous les équipements nécessaires pour passer un bon séjour.

Le gîte est tres abîmé au niveau des murs et des meubles a cause de l'humidité. Le gîte est en cours de rénovation (je pense) mais ce n'est pas terminé. La pièce salle d'eau / toilette est un peu petite. 1 vélo sur les 3 adultes est fonctionnel. C'est dommage car l'ensemble pourrait être très agréable.

The house was self contained and had everything you might want for a longer stay or for a group. It would serve as the base for a family cycling holiday.

Damp walls, dirty cracked sink, poor standard of workmanship in the conversion and maintenance. dirt and dust on some of the surfaces, toilet seat not fitted correctly, fixing screws incorrectly used leaving sharp edges. NO CURTAIN on the cracked bedroom skylight meaning wake up at dawn!! second bedroom doesn’t seem particularly safe. it’s very cramped and has damp on the walls. the stairs are steep and gloss painted and so slippery. my 6 yo boy slipped and fell from near the top and was luck not to have been injured. access and egress to the bedroom is via these stairs. there is no rail, and if you steady yourself on the bannister rods at the top then be careful as they are not properly fixed and rotate when you try to hold them. at the top, the newel post comes within a short distance to the ceiling making it awkward to get around you can see badly repaired damage wear a head has hit the ceiling hard. it is not suitable for someone with limited mobility. For 3 people it was disappointingly expensive considering the very poor state of repair. the next night we spent in comparative luxury for nearly half the price. There are fire alarms but I could not see Carbon Monoxide Alarms I would expect, as the heating is from a burner and there is a wood burner leaking smoke up the wall from the back. If there are no detectors for that then I wouldn’t have these on in the property. I cannot recommend this in any way. to be clear the parking is not on the property or in a reserved space. it’s crammed up against a hedge on the road and is completely out of sight of the property.
