The surrounding nature, the silence and the cats. If you don't have problems driving, it can be right, in terms of cost benefit. But the apartment needs to improve the kitchen accessories mainly.

It's a tired place, lacking many things in the kitchen. In our case, when we arrived at night, there wasn't even toilet paper, it was very inconvenient. Far from everything and in a sunny area with little vegetation. The house equipped with basic things but without comfort, poor lights in the rooms, no television.
