The host was more like a friend than property owner. The property in itself was spic and span and was maintained very well. Amidst farmland this is a pure gem of a stay and once would really enjoy the sumptuous local food that is made fresh just minutes before the meal time. There is also a small stream around the edge of the farm where the kids enjoyed a lot, so much that they weren't ready to come back. In all, our stay was peaceful, calm and just awesome. Thank you Santosh for your hospitality.

Nothing really. Everything was good and even if something was missing, just ask mr. Santosh and it will be ready the next minute.

Lovely, surrounding, peacefull. Spacious rooms with large balconies. Very friendly and helpfull family. Wonderfull food. Definitely highly recommended.

Absolutely nothing!

This Farmstay was such a great find and we enjoyed very much our stay there - and even extended because we liked it so much! We were 3 friends who shared a family room (1 double + 1 single bed). It had great beds & bathroom, cozy lights in the room and a nice porch where we had food and hung out. Right next to it, there is a small very well equipped kitchen with a gas stove. Also they have some facilities for laundry that are very convenient. Everything seemed thought through very well and created for a great experience as a guest. The food we got served was a variety of homely cooked keralite dishes which tasted fantastically. All spices they use come from the farm. For us it was the perfect place to unwind and relax, stroll through the Spice Garden and recharge after some busy days of traveling. The hosts, Santosh and his wife, are great and decent people. They took great care of us, gave us a tour through the garden and also let us taste and use the produces they grow. Thank you so much for everything! We hope to visit again sometime!

The Wifi signal was unstable from time to time, which might be a not suitable if you want to use it for remote synchronous work (like conference calls, workshops), but working remotely asynchronously is perfectly fine. For normal use it is absolutely sufficient and good enough for video calls via WhatsApp, streaming movies / music, and using several devices simultaneously.
