Posesja z dostępem do jeziora, bezpieczny pomost, można wypożyczyć kajak, rowery są za darmo, jest miejsce na ognisko - są kije na kiełbaski, jest gril - trzeba mieć swój węgiel. Przepiękna okolica z bliskością lasu. Aneks kuchenny wyposażony - można gotować. Duży pokój, wygodne łóżko, piękny dom.

Poszewki poduszek pachniały stęchlizną.

- droga dojazdowa na odcinku ostatnich 250 metrów jest polna - nie działał tv (uszkodzona wtyczka), czego nie miał kto naprawić lub wymienić - cennik pobrania sprzętu np. pływackiego, lecz nieobecność właściciela by móc skorzystać - znaczna odległość do sklepu
