This is essentially a working dairy with accommodation so perfect if you’re looking to stay on a farm. The bed was comfortable and the room nicely decorated also with a fridge for shared use with the room next door.

The temperature of the water in the shower was difficult to regulate and the rooms are very close to the cow shed so there is quite a strong smell in the room! The restaurant wasn’t open so we had to drive to a nearby pizzeria.

The room was very spacious and clean, staff is very attentive and professional. Excellent location and facilities. Truly dog friendly.

The shower head was broken and the shower tray retained all the water. The drain was blocked.

Enjoyed the stay on the farm. Breakfast was good but had to pay extra for it. The yogurt and ice cream were really delicious. Very genuine products.The room was also very spacious. They came to clean the room every day and changed towels.

The mattress was too soft. The hot water was difficult to adjust to right temperature.

The bedroom was well heated and the mattress was comfortable. The location was good for us. The organic breakfast was good but would prefer a mix of savoury and sweet.

The pillows were very hard and there was no headboard to the bed. The sink in the bathroom had no hot water and the toilet paper was very basic. The lighting in the room could be softer. The hotel should make customers aware of when the smell from the cows would be particularly bad and a heads up about the animal noise.
