Beds and English communication could be improved, but overall good value for the budget.

Beautiful surroundings exceptional building set in the middle of nowhere just surrounded by fields. Accommodation very good, meals very good. And Robertos own wine very good we even bought some bottles to take away with us. NB.. Do not turn up before 15.00 hrs as Roberto will not open gates for you & will ask you to come back later, we experienced this when lost & we rang him for directions (14.20 hrs) we just needed to know where we nearby as it happened we were 2 minutes away.. we popped into a little bar to have a drink and arrived at hotel around 16.00 hrs.

Beautiful house with not too many rooms, very big swimming pool, a soccer field for the kids and the most beautiful surroundings. Serena and Roberto and the other staff made every effort for us to feel like at home, we spent there a week and a half, and we felt so good there that we didn't want to leave. There are many things to do and visit nearby, Montepulciano wineries, Pienza, Monticiello, Perugia, Orvieto, the Lake Trasimeno and many others. You had a typical Italian breakfast with many cakes and cookies to choose from, and you could also have dinner if you wanted, which was composed of antipasto, a first course, second course and desert, and of course you could have some of their own wine to accompany the meal.

The Romiti house was incredible, with amazing views The room was very comfortable, the breakfast was great, and the Agriturismo is close to many cool cities.

The restaurant wasn't open, but we went early in the season.

Amazing Tuscan-Style flair, great cuisine (4 courses) and charming staff. We got so much more than we expected - thank you!
