La Moiana 1756

Wow – what an incredible experience! We were welcomed so warmly by Fabio and her family — they were truly attentive every step of the way. Even though we arrived early in the morning, they took our luggage with a smile and made us breakfast every single day. The view from the apartment was absolutely breathtaking — it honestly felt surreal. Fabio was always around to chat and make sure we were having a great time. Everything was perfect honnestly, LOVED IT. It's about 15min from the closest city and then another 15-30 to explore the other cities around. With a car, it's perfect.

Thanks to Fabio and Kelly we had a wonderful holidays in Val d'Orcia. The farm is located in the hill & therefore offers a breath-taking view on the valley. The room is spacious, clean, well equipped, actually looks much better than in the pictures. Fabio & Kelly are very nice, they helped us with our rented car & provided us some advices on surrounding areas. We had dinner with their family -a must have experience in Tuscany :). The food is so delicious with reasonable price. The breakfast portion is very good and so big for us that we have to share- bread & jambon, pancake, homemade yogurt, orange jam etc. Thanks to them we had the best trip ever, will stay there again if we have chance to come back. We also love their cat & dog :)

Nothing to complain

All was just perfect.

MUST READ: A wonderful cottage with a view of Val D’Ocia. The owners have put together a comfortable place such as heated toilet seats and floors, a modern heater that actually warms and cools the room (instead of the coils by the walls). Clean filtered water provided via a seperate tap. A functioning kitchen with a BBQ pit outside. The amazing breakfast we had was also unforgettable! What’s priceless is the view outside! Beautiful place in the middle of the countryside, it is exactly what I was looking for for a few days of relax. The apartment was very clean and had everything you need, and the staff was super kind and welcoming. Great experience would love to revisit in spring!

Great location, albeit not easy to find. SatNav couldn't find it but Google maps did. Need a car to get there, preferably 4by4 But location was gorgeous and beautiful views. Staff was amazing, Kelly couldn't do enough for us. Food was delicious! Well worth a stay. Can highly recommend 👌 Place clean and kitchen equipped with everything you need if you fancy cooking.

Everything was Magnificent. The location was amazing with an astonishing view and a sense of serenity. The hosts were warm and more than helpful with everything. Their kitchen was great. There are not enough words to describe the experience. The stay will definitely remain in our hearts
