Struttura molto bella e ben curata. Bellissima vista sui vitigni e colli di fronte, specie al risveglio del mattino

Peccano non aver usufruito a pieno del camino perchè faceva fumo. Forse la canna fumaria necessità di una pulizia, ma questo non preclude il giudizio positivo della struttura. Questa piccola accortezze avrebbe reso sicuramente ancor più piacevole il soggiorno.

For our stay I booked because they said the was a pool and hot tub. There is NO hot tub at the facility and was a huge disappointment as I rely on it for hip and knee pain after walking all day. The staff just blamed booking for the error and the pool is not even commissioned

The beautiful and quiet surroundings.

A wonderful location near Montefalco: an agricultural farm that was turned into an excellent tourist facility. The views from the facility are beautiful country of rolling heels covered with viniards and olive trees. We traveled for few days to other locations in Umbria only to find that the nicest views were simply from the facility itself ! Our host, Lorenzo was the most friendly, efficient and competent host. Other than taking care of our local needs we had two events worth sharing with future visitors: we were there on a weekend and all restaurants were fully booked. We called Lorenzo who used his connections to book us a table for 5 in an excellent restaurants which reported "fully booked" just short time before. We then wanted to get a professional guide for a private tour in the Basilica in Assisi. We had other plans that dictated !5:00 for a potential visit. After spending a rather long time on the internet we gave up, but then called Lorenzo. He got in contact with the turist guide association of Umbria and .... got us a guide for a private tour at 15:00. Thank you Lorenzo ! You were a great host, as great as Lorenzo il Magnifico !
