Beautiful rooms, grounds and friendly staff

Nothing it was perfect.

The property is beautiful. Lucia was awesome - she went above and beyond to address our concerns and do everything humanly possible to help us. She is the best of the best. The breakfast was good. Arranging dinner delivery was really appreciated.

The Rosso di Montalcino room has an issue with temperature during the transition seasons - Spring and Fall. In April the room was far too hot and it was difficult to sleep. The fan provided was ineffective and actually didn't work as it constantly shut itself off. After Luana told us that no one else had complained about this issue (which a quick check online showed to be untrue), we addressed the issue with Lucia. She gave us two fans that worked and moved us to a different room as soon as she was able to. She couldn't have done more to address our concerns and to make us feel that she cared about us and wanted to make things right. It's a lovely property and Lucia is a fabulous representative of Borgo Canalicchio di Sopra.

컨디션이 좋고 수압이 쎄고 어매니티가 매우 퀄리티가 좋고 드라이기도 파워가 쎔. 조식 짱 맛있고 직원들 친절, 풍경이 매우매우매우 아름답고 밤에 테라스에서 쏟아질듯 아름다운 별들을 볼 수 있음

Very good location and very close to Montalcino city center.

TVs were very small and the couch as well for kids. But no concern as we were there to go sight seeing.
