Cofresi Hills Residence

Merlin, the receptionist, is fabulous! She reached out via whats app to touch base about our arrival time, stayed after hours when our flight was delayed to be sure we could get into our room, made sure we had what we needed, and worked with us in regards to coordinating our late checkout- she was just terrific! She also was wonderful help when one of my travel companions left an item behind. Merlin found the item, and worked with our tour company to get the item to them for return.

No hubo nada que no me gustara todo estuvo bien

Buena vista todo muy lindo muy bien ubicado.

Pagar tanto dinero por una noche y que no tuviera donde cocinar solo tener un microondas eso no me gustó demasiado dinero por no estar muy cómoda tuve que salir a comer a otro lugar aunque tuvieran restaurantes no está bien por que esto es condominio.

Pool area.

The apartment was damp and was smelling to mold. The were no windows in the bedrooms. There was 2 toilets but 1 was out of order. Someone of the staff tried to fix it 2 days but it was just the waste of time. The kitchen was very poor - not enough utencils. Nowhere to dry beach towels.
