The apartment is modern and very clean.

The new electronic lock system is too complicated to use and not reliable. I had to ask help twice from two persons (staff). Frustrating and annoying. Without this inconvenience I would give full scores.

"No stay but did not get a response when I warned the property"

I was not able to go. See my next comment.

I was not able to go due to illness. I wrote to the property beforehand asking for advice about what to do (cancel, reimbursement, etc.) but the property never responded. So my experience is non-existent. I had to mark poor because the feedback from does not give an option to rate non-responsiveness or not applicable.
