The room was clean. Mohamed, the young man welcoming me at the accommodation is very kind and helpful. The accommodation is situated in a nice and lively neighborhood. Ideal for anyone wanting to get a taste of everyday local life.

My stay at Caesar House has been a disappointing experience. I booked a 15 m2 room, got a 9 m2 room. The room was supposed to have access to a terrace, instead I could only look at the balcony from my window. Impossible to access. There was supposed to be a washer. Not. I was supposed to be able to cook. Not. There was supposed to be a bath tub. Not. There were supposed to be towels. Not. The internet connection was poor. After I asked the owner if I had been given the wrong room, pointing out several of the differences between the booking confirmation and the reality, he claimed that I had booked the wrong room. Only after I had filed a complaint at Booking.com (and had chosen to leave), he communicated to me that he was willing to give me a bigger room.
