The most I liked is the elegant mannaera of Mohamed Ali Ziad he was more than patient and elegant thanks to him

The view and the location

So dirty water cuts always couldn’t shower all the time and use the bathroom the sheets were dirty when we informed them they asked us to clean it by ourselves

-The weather. -The equipment of the facility. - the entertainment shows. - the security & safety.

-The cleanliness of the kitchen. -The matter that the electricity is an extra fee paid when I arrive and not mentioning it on the website. -the location of the sea is about 15 minutes walking. The staff when checking out were bad.

Upon lodging a complaint regarding the cleanliness of the property, we were met with a threatening response from the registration staff, resulting in harm inflicted upon a 68-year-old man. The authorities have been notified, and the incident has been reported at the police station.

From the moment we stepped into Blue Bay Asia, we were enveloped in comfort and convenience. Our stay was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to the meticulously prepared accommodations and the thoughtful array of day-to-day necessities. Our family thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our vacation. We can't wait to return for another delightful experience :) Special thanks to Mr. Mohamed and Miss Aya for their generous hospitality and support.

Location of the resort.

1- pool infront of the apartment wasn't working also some other pools were not working - owner of the apartment said it is not working that time of the year but he said that after we reached there . 2- smell was bad from irrigation system 3- Apartment wasn't 100 % clean and blankets smell wasn't ok 4-they said 2 rooms but once we reach there , it is basicly one room and they madeup separate room from reception area. 5- they asked for extra fees for electricity - 100 LE for 3 nights 6-they asked for extra fees for the Aqua and for resort entrance - 130 LE at resort entrance per person.
