The property is well situated in the centre of Alicante, with easy access to the local facilities. The size of the property is good and easily accommodates 4 adults and 2 children

The cooking facilities could be better. There was nothing to bake with, and virtually no kitchen utensils to cook with, even for breakfast. The shower also needs urgent attention as more water comes out the pipe than through the nozzle. Also note that the entrance code is in a small touch panel above the keycode, not the keycode box, this was a bit confusing the first time we tried to get in.

Es como indican valoraciones. Es un barrio con muchos turistas, tiendas y a 3' del paseo marítimo.

Ya sabíamos tema de aparcamiento. Lo más económico 16€/día. Eso sí, es enorme y siempre hay plazas.

Fue una estancia muy corta pero agradable, el apartamento nos proporcionó todo lo necesario. No obstante, no conseguimos encender la tele y las persianas de la habitación estaban rotas y no pudimos bajarlas.

Great location. Good code entry system no need for keys. Bed very comfortable. Good kitchen facilities. Very spacious.

On arrival at 4pm the cleaner was still cleaning and we had to wait. The apartment stunk of smoke. Even the towels smelt smokey. I checked this was a non smoking apartment. On first morning the shower was cold, we had to repressurize the boiler to get hot water. The bathroom is a little tired.
