Location of this hotel is great and you are in the city centre. Room was good, well equiped and clean.

There is no permanent reception and they have no bike parking, but we were able to lock our bikes on the near Plaza Mayor.

Loved the location. The lady that met us was lovely.

I got bedbugs bites in both of my arm after one night sleep! I sent the photos of my bites to the host. See photos. It’s the worst stay in all my 46 years of travel. On booking.com shows reception opening at 14:00. I arrived at 15:15. The host texted me said she will come 1 hour 15 minutes later. She expect me to wait outside in the cold rain. There’s no internet signal in my room. I messaged the host. She said she will come 12 hours later to check on the internet. 12.5 hours later, she came, still no internet signal. She blamed my phone. Then told me to go to the lobby on the ground floor. In the lobby I got WiFi signal. It proofs my phone is fine. It’s her WiFi network not extended to the top floor. I After the first night with bedbugs bites, I left the property, went to “Eleven Rooms”, 3 minutes walking distance. It’s a night and day difference. Maria Salome is totally burned out hotel owners. Don’t ever be her victim while you’re visiting Burgos.
