Huoneisto alkaa olla rähjäinen. Sijainti on erinomainen ja perussiisteys hyvä. Keittiössä kaikki tarpeellinen. Sauna hyvä. Sängyt hyvät. Ovikoodilukko erinomainen. Kuitenkin, keittiö olohuone on ahdas ja sohva vaikuttaa epäsiistiltä. Makuuhuoneessa ikkuna ei mene kiinni, oleskelutilassa oven kaihtimet tippuvat paikaltaan.
