"Fijn, want mooie niet al te drukke locatie vlakbij zee met mooie wandelroutes."

De locatie, dichtbij zee, heel fijn. De receptionist belde terug toen we de afgesproken aankomsttijd niet konden halen en heeft de sleutel toen in de kluis gelegd. Toen we de handdoeken zelf in de wasmachine beneden hadden gedaan, mocht de schone was in de privé droger, zelfs na sluitingstijd, omdat de stroom was uitgevallen.

Parkeren was op de avond van aankomst onmogelijk, want vol; uiteindelijk in de straat geparkeerd, met mogelijk een boete als gevolg. Dat de handdoeken 2 weken lang niet werden verschoond; dat is tevoren niet gemeld. Geldt ook voor prullenbakken legen; de afvalzakken, wc papier etc. moeten zelf worden aangeschaft. Ook tussendoor schoonmaken moet men zelf doen. Het is dus eigenlijk geen hotel en dat was tevoren niet duidelijk. Een balkon hebben we gemist.

La piscine, le personnel et l'emplacement.

La chambre pmr est vétuste et inadaptée pour 4 personnes. 2 lits simples collés c'est dangereux pour une pmr avec risque de chute. L'accueil est fermé une partie de la semaine donc pas de personnel pour nous répondre et le numéro d'astreinte ne répond pas. La résidence avait beaucoup de réservation et il n'y avait pas assez de personnel. Ce dernier a fait comme il a pu pour gérer le petit déjeuner et le ménage des chambres. C'est vraiment dommage.
