L absence de lumière dans le parc ! Difficile de se diriger pour arriver à l appartement de nuit ! En hiver , c est bete ! Dommage. ! Redibitoire

I had booked my stay for two nights with breakfast. The second morning we were informed that the breakfast booking applies only for the first of the two days. The person in the reception was very polite, however we could not have breakfast. As I had never before experienced such a situation, I tried to contact booking.com but I kept receiving messages indicating the same email address.

Booking.com help line could perform better

The premises are very beautiful and there is a lot of space for the children to play

Apartment: the apartment isn't big enough for five people, nor is it very well equipped. The stove only has two burners, no oven. Some kitchen utensils were missing, such as a scrub sponge, detergent and dishwasher soap. It's always good to have some of these until you can identify what you need to buy. Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi service is not free. Pool: Although it was clearly stated that the pool would be open, it was dirty and inaccessible, which was a disaster for the children. Service: Apparently, only one member of staff does all the guest service, which overloads the service when many apartments are occupied, despite his friendliness and cordiality.
