Situé à la périphéririe de Niort dans un endroit très calme avec parking sécurisé. Les chambres ressemblent à celles d'une résidence étudiante et sont très fonctionnelles avec une kitchenette parfaitement équipée! Les lits sont très bons et la salle de bain grande. Cela nous a donné envie à 60 ans de reprendre des études pour rester plus longtemps mais nous n'étions que pour une nuit d'étape!

Le petit-déjeuner était correct mais pour un prix similaire nous avons connu d'autres adresses où il était beaucoup plus "généreux"...

Un lieu très agréable et un accueil personnalisé. Les abords sont très bien entretenus, des arbres, de la verdure, le bâtiment est moderne et chaleureux. Accès facile, grand parking à l'intérieur de la résidence. Petit déjeuner continental servi dans une salle à manger joliment décorée. Deux hôtesses avec lesquelles on a plaisir à échanger.
