Please inform Résidence Néméa L'Adret in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 450 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests coming by car must use the residence's car park. Reception is open from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 17:00 to 19:00, except on Wednesday all day and on Sunday afternoon, outside of French school holidays. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Please note that towels can be changed during the stay for an additional charge. Bed linen is included but not kitchen linen. For a change of bed linen, a EUR 10 per person per change applies. Upon request and subject to availability, high chairs and hairdryers are available. Please note that 1 free WiFi connection is supplied per unit. Please note that the city tax has to be paid on site. Preferential rates on ski passes and ski equipment are possible upon prior request, at least 5 days before the check-in date. Compulsory paying parking at 40€ per week.
