"Great location, clean and friendly."

Location perfect. Cleaning lady in room 816 was brilliant. Great view from balcony.

Bit difficult getting two big cases up two flights of stairs. Offer of help would have been perfect.

"Hele fijne leuke week gehad op de perfecte locatie in Pefkos."

De algemene accomodaties en de locatie zijn top. We hebben het goed gehad op het park. Houd er rekening mee dat dit dorp voornamelijk door Engelse mensen wordt bezocht.

Het appartement is fijn qua ruimte en heeft een mooie ligging met zee uitzicht, maar heeft wel echt een renovatie nodig. Vooral de keuken en de badkamer zijn al een tijdje over hun houdbaarheidsdatum heen. Ook de meubels zijn verouderd, maar functioneel. De schoonmaak was minimaal.

"Good hotel, with pool and close to the sea. Breakfast can be better"

Close to the beach, well maintained hotel, good beds and air conditioning

Kitchen equipment as minimum (eg no siccors, bottle openers, wineglasses, dishwasher liquid, dish towel). Breakfast was rather poor. Probably ok assortment, but very little or nothing of everything (we came 9:00 and still open until 10:30 and only 2 guest present). Family of four will not managed with 4 slices of white bread , 3 slices of ham, or 3 slices of melon. We waited 5 minute and 3 eggs were refilled during that time, so we decided to eat breakfast in our room instead. Breakfast is an important part of our hotel, but unfortunately this was the big negative point of our visit. Following days not better (and hardly any guest, considering the size of the hotel)

"Unhelpful some receptionists"

Just location

They don't have soup and shampoo and also some of the reception guy and girl are not smiling and friendly they behave like we are staying without payment and we are begging to stay here.(At 3 pm one guy and one girl don't behave kindly and they behave like we are not customers 04.06.2025 3 pm ) and also the two girls who are receptionists (04.06.2025 21 pm ) are very kind and helpful and smiling That is why I give 1 star 🌟 sorry

Diezgan ilgi dušā bija jāgaida, lai ūdens būtu silts. Ziepes, trauku mazgāšanas līdzeklis janopērk pašiem. Gultas atsperes nedaudz čīkstošas

"Staff great, but not value for money"

The staff are very good- greeted lovely by reception and the cleaners are friendly and do a great job. Rooms are nice and clean. The onsite shop is good.

But it’s not value for money. It’s expensive for what it is. Needs a refurb. Lots nicer places to stay nearby for less money.
