Πολύ καθαρός και φιλόξενος χώρος πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο και στη θάλασσα. Δέχονται κατοικίδια.

Eine kleine Oase etwas außerhalb von Lerapetra. Sehr nette, liebe Vermieterin und Mitarbeiter. Toller Rückzugsort und auch Ausgangspunkt für diverse Erkundungen im Umland. Mit viel liebe gepflegte Anlage. Genügend private Parkplätze auf dem Gelände vorhanden. WiFi immer vorhanden und ausreichend schnell. Mein Zimmer im Haupthaus war im TOP Zustand und nicht „Hellhörig“. Alles drin und dran, was man so braucht. Inkl. Begrüßungsgeschenke im und auf dem Kühlschrank. Strand Taverne in unmittelbarer Nähe. Lieferdienst (eFood) funktioniert … wenn man mal das kleine Paradies nicht zum Essen verlassen möchte ;-) Lerapetra Zentrum fußläufig in ca. 20 Minuten problemlos erreichbar. Für mich persönlich* … alles in allem eine der aktuell besten Privatanlagen auf Kreta (seit vielen Jahren Kretakenner).

Alles gut ! Und für so manch ungehobelte Zimmernachbarn, kann ja die nette Vermieterin nichts.

So clean and welcoming. Lovely breeze on the terrace which suited the 30 degree heat. Comfy beds. Spacious garden. Lovely pool and reading room. We appreciated the fruit juice and little extras in the fridge. We had a ground floor apartment as I am disabled. The grounds had a few single steps to manoeuvre.

Sehr schöne ruhige Anlage. Apartment sehr geräumig. Irene ist sehr freundlich und total lieb. Dolly der Haushund ist die "Chefin" :) Die Unterkunft ist eine Perle in Ireapetra. Man braucht aber ein Auto.

Leider wird der Toilettenmüll nur alle 3 Tage geleert. Keine Ablage im Bad.

A green oasis on the south coast of Crete, with a kind owner and a beautiful garden area and pool. The owner was very welcoming and helpful, she had even put an extra fan in the apartment so we could have extra cooling on the hot nights. The location was just right, near to Ieraptera and on a regular bus route and the taxi back did not cost too much. There were a couple of beach tavernas very close, and if it had not been so hot we would have explored further along the coast by foot. We would definately come again.

Just minor niggles but normal for apartments in Crete. The bedroom layout was a bit tight with the light switch between the wardrobe and the wall, but no choice really with the size of the room and the furniture. My husband had trouble wet shaving as the water ran out of the basin in the the bathroom too quickly, but that happens lots and we should have packed our universal plug.

Ett underbart boende! Perfekt planerad lägenhet med fullt utrustat kök, fräscht och fint badrum med helkaklat duschutrymme. Vi fick ett varmt emottagande av vår värdinna Irene som var alltigenom engagerad för oss och kontinuerligt stämde av så att allt var till vår belåtenhet. En fint planerad utemiljö med en patio med grillplats och härligt utrymme för umgänge. Välskött pool med solstolar. Bra läge med några minuters promenad till badstrand och med en lite längre promenad in till Ierapetra stad. Vi tog bilen på kvällarna för att äta kvällsmat på tavernorna i hamnen. En perfekt belägenhet för att utforska östra Kreta. Vi kommer väldigt gärna tillbaks. Tack Irene!

Since I brought a dog, just adopted at a nearby shelter I needed a safe place where we both felt comfortable and welcome. I couldn't have found a better place. Irene was very accommodating and gave us a warm welcome. She selected the best flat for us safe for the dog and did anything to support us. The staff and Irene's son were also wonderful. The beautiful lush garden and pool with comfortable common spaces are a paradise.. The long beach opposite is great for long walks and swimming. The only restaurant at the beach unfortunately doesn't want guests with dogs so make sure you got a car to go around.
