Hotel Grand Nefeli

Posizione direttamente sul mare con spiaggia riservata e ombrelloni compresi nel prezzo. Spiaggia non proprio curatissima ma bella. Vicinanza ai ristoranti e bar della zona e strada pedonabile per andare in paese. Pulizia non impeccabile.

Pulizia e cura generale.

1. The apartment they call “maisonette” meaning an accommodation in 2 levels didn’t permit to my sons to stand normally in the room nor to do anything else in the upper space. Consequently, sleeping normally upstairs was not possible. The height is too small, and it is incorrect to sell it as an accommodation for 4 people. Also, the heat upstairs, directly below roof, prevents normal living. Probably, another AC would provide normal human living temperature. Grand Nefeli hotel knew we are family of 4 and they also had the information about my 2 sons’ age. 2. Flooding in the bathroom every time somebody takes a shower. It was impossible to take a shower and to use the bathroom afterwards, as there was water in the middle of the bathroom. 3. The shower pressure was too week for normal showering and the hot and cold water didn’t come and mix normally. So, either we had a cold or very hot shower. 4. The WC tank was leaking all the time, and it didn’t fill in completely. So, normal use was impossible. 5. Every time the AC was working there was huge leak on the balcony, making the balcony unusable. Like we had no balcony. 6. There were only 3 chairs on the balcony, and it was too small for 4 people – an accommodation for 4 people was sold. 7. There were only 2 chairs in the room – an accommodation for 4 people was sold. 8. There were two TVs in the room. Side by side! Unfortunately, none was working. 9. The tables were wobbly. 10. The internet was slow. 11. The bed sheets weren’t clean, nor were the towels. 12. The kitchen cooker was rusty, and the tea kettle was broken. The fridge was dirty. The cutlery was dirty and was not enough cutlery, plates, and glasses for 4 persons. 13. The lift was dirty when we arrived and even dirtier when we were leaving. 14. The breakfast area was small with used tables and chairs. I hurt my legs when sitting there. The cutlery was dirty and too few. 15. There were no sun beds around the swimming pool, although it was advert

Situation idéale au bord de l eau

Indigne d un hôtel 4 étoiles et photos du jardin ne correspondent pas à la réalité (cf photos) Nous sommes restés 4 jours dans la suite familiale sans douche chaude ni air conditionné et avec des fuites WC sans intervention du gérant malgré nos demandes répétées Celui ci s est empressé à notre arrivée de nous faire payer le solde et on comprend pourquoi à la fin de notre séjour
