Hotel Grand Nefeli

Beliggenhet rett på stranden og utsikt fra stor og god terrasse. Vind på ettermiddag .Romslige rom og gode senger. Avslappet atmosfære og fint med wingfoil utleie og kurs ved hotellet. Butikk og parkering rett ved samt fin strand. God oppvartning og bestilling på stranden fra betjening.

Små Maur på rommet, litt dårlig innredet mht bestikk/ kjøkkenredskaper, litt slitent og gardiner som hang og slang. Litt lite søppelkasser på uteområdet( overfylt). Dårlig mat på hotellet ( pizza til lunsj var ikke god. ) bestilte derfor kun drikke på hotellet/ og uteområdet.

The second room we stayed in was clean and bright. The view from the balcony was nice. The Dbl bed was very comfortable.

When messaging the property before we left to arrange transfers we booked the transfer to the property from Lefkas and were told to arrange the transfer to the airport from there. We were left on the side of the road in 30 degree heat for an hour and when I called the property I had the phone put down on me, we were told the driver was stuck in traffic but when he eventually picked us up he said he hadn’t started work until Half an hour after he should have left. It’s a 45 min journey and he was an hour late. When we asked to arrange the transfer to the airport we were later told that the taxi was too busy and they couldn’t do it and told its a busy time and that’s it!We were only staying 3 nights and this was one day later. As you can imagine this ruined our entire stay as we were then deeply concerned about how we would get to the airport for our flight home. We were helped by another hotel! Also prices kept changing, I was quoted €120 for an airport transfer then he said €130 when we arranged through another hotel it was actually €90. We asked how much the buggy was to hire and were told £70 for the day by one brother but when we went to book it went up to €100. As our room was not available when we arrived we were given a different larger room but it was very shabby and dated. The following day we had to pack up our things and move to the room we had booked which was more modern and brighter. I think the quality and cleanliness of your room depends upon the one you get. The pool is clean and deep but you cannot sit around it. You literally have to swim and go back to the beach. The beach is sandy and shallow. Decking area is treacherous, definitely in need of work. The property is at the sandy end of the beach but a long walk from the town area which is the opposite end. Personally I feel there are much better options in Vassiliki

Excellent location and very friendly stuff ready to help you with all your wishes. Perfect location for windsurfing.

We ordered two bedrooms apartment and we paid corresponding price. Finally it was only a studio with one bad in upper floor but still open to the rest of the room. We came with a small baby and we wanted to have at least one room closed.

.מיקום מעולה. נמצא ממש על חוף הים וקרוב להכל בעיירה המקסימה וסיליקי. צוות אדיב ואוירה ביתית ונעימה. חדרים פשוטים אבל מאוד נקיים, מנקים בכל יום . כל האזורים במלון נקיים מאוד.

הצוות לא דובר אנגלית טוב. קצת קשה לקבל הסברים על המקום.
