Boravak je bio jako ugodan, hotel je miran i opuštajući. Bazen i okoliš predivni i jako čisti. Domaćini jako ljubazni. Soba ok, malo poboljšati kupaonicu, pogotovo slavine. Vrijednost za novac. Svakome bi preporučila MSA. Blizina Kosa 10 min biciklom, pješice 30 min. Ugodan boravak i predivne mačke. Hvala!

When booking a budget priced accomodation, your expectations should be realistic. With Michalis Studios you get what you've paid for and more. Firstly the staff are extremely friendly, and are always on hand. The pool area is quiet and well maintained, with a pool bar providing drinks at good prices and freshly cooked snack food. Middle of August and never more than a couple of other people using beds and pool, surprising but very pleasing. Location is a walk....a good walk, into Kos Town, 35 mins to dolphin roundabout, and we struggled to work out bus pickups, taxis are a no-go, so a lot of walking. Bikes are easily hired within a few minutes if you want. Best nearby beach in our opinion is Theofilos which again is about 20 mins away. Local mini market about 10 mins down the road, well stocked and reasonable prices. Rooms, do the job. Bed, sink, fridge and excellent air conditioning was all we needed. Just don't expect luxury and you'll also feel like your in the 70's..

Rooms, are typical Greek basic rooms, with bits that need sorting. Tiles on the floor have been repaired badly, toilet doesn't flush properly, and the normal shower curtain attacking you as you shower. Slight road noise, but we were ground floor on the busier of the two roads

Lo staff gentile è sempre gentile e disponibile. Le aree comuni (piscina, bar/reception) sono molto curate e ben tenute, ambiente piacevole. Se si ha lo scooter, è a 5 minuti da Kos Town.

L'appartamento di per sé era un po' old school, doccia strutturata male che faceva uscire acqua di continuo lasciando il bagno sempre bagnato per terra. Il materasso dei due letti singoli era parecchio duro, e il cuscino molto alto quindi nel complesso non comodissimi. Altro problema anche se minore: una delle due lucine da lettura attaccate al letto era guasta.

Great small complex spotless clean, and Eric, who runs the pool bar, is great. we all loved his omelettes and he was always very helpful with any questions we had about the resort

Apartments are based outside kos town. Recommend you hire bikes as there is a cycle path into the town. Most people hire bikes or e-scooters to get around. There is a supermarket close by but the pool bar provides breakfast snacks and pizzas etc. The owner was very welcoming and the apartments were clean but basic which which was not a problem for us.
