The host Rania before we arrive write to us on viber to give as all the instructions and informations we need for how to get to the accommodation and what we have at the studio. When we arrived at the studio we have a welcome basket with snacks and water in the fridge, also we get a gift from the host before we leave the studio, it was nice gesture from them. The accommodation was nice small, but with everything you need. The kitchen was fully equipped. In the kitchen and bathroom every time we have hot water. Every second day, the woman come to change the sheets and the towels. The best was that we have parking, in Agios Nikitas all the cars park on the street on site if they find place, but we didn’t have that problem if we go somewhere we always have a parking in the yard.

Rania is a great host, we had water and chocolate to welcome us, the apartment had a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, a coffee machine with free coffee, a beach umbrella The apartment has a good location, the beaches of Katisma and Milos are 3-5 minutes away by car and Agios Nikitas We received a gift for goodbye, I would definitely visit again

The owner Rania and her son take great care of the place and their guests. As soon as we arrived they left us a welcoming basket, and her son gave us a guide and tips about the island. Room was small but very well equipped , kitchen was brand new. Solid WiFi signal, and cable TV is available (mostly Greek channels). Villa is located near Milos and Kathisma beaches, but I dont recommend walking up there if you are not sport type. Great location if you a roamer and want to explore the island. Room was cleaned daily by lady called Grace, an it was spotless everyday ( new towels and everything you need). We also received small gifts by the owner on the last day, which was very sweet. Staff is very easy going and talkative, they all speak solid English. I will definitly look for this place when I get back to Lefkada for vacation.

Realy good location according to our plan to visit facilities around Lefkada island. Room equiped with everything we need.

AirConditioner in other room works all night long and wasn't quiet.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. The accommodation provided everything we needed, and we particularly enjoyed the outdoor hangout areas on the property. Loved the cleanliness.

Friendly and helpful staff, rooms cleaned daily, all the necessities provided, plenty of areas to relax in the evenings, close beaches and town, spacious and flat parking area, and a welcome that exceeds expectations.

Small showers, but they did their job, and a not so powerful freezer, but it kept items cool enough.

The location was great, just a few minutes drive to great beaches and Agios Nikitas. It had everything we needed - well equiped kitchen, fresh sheets and towels each day and all the little thins you might need. The ambiance in the yard was very pleasent and the yard beautifully decorated. The host Rania was there for everything we needed, responsive, accomodating, polite, she did her best to make our stay as great as possible. We would definitely recommend this place and will come back again!
