"Exceptional"

We live in the UK but my husband is from Crete and we visit every summer. We have stayed at Ideal for the last four years. We’ve previously stayed in more expensive hotels but actually prefer it at Ideal. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the cleaners are friendly and change the bed linen every two days and clean regularly. The hotel has an excellent taverna attached serving traditional Greek food, and stone baked pizzas and more. The hotel is close to shops, restaurants, the beach, a pharmacy and a doctors surgery. Also a short walk from more sea front cars and restaurants in Gournes. Highly recommend!
