Summer Desire

Very nice, clean and spacious flat with two large balconies and a nice view. Super equipped with everything you need. To the wild beach literally a few steps, to the city beach 10 min walk. Nice town with numerous restaurants and shops. The owner extremely friendly and helpful. A place worth recommending :-)

We really liked the quietness of the apartment and the fact that it has access to the sea, so we could have had a morning swim. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials. The apartment is very clean and was enough for 3 of us. Booking Manager Foteini was very welcoming and helpful with the advice where to go and what to visit. Thanks for everything . Kavos is a place with a long beach and a very dirty one because of the parties, I would not recommend visiting, it's a place for young people and party place. But with the car we were able to visit other beautiful beaches and restaurants around and enjoy our time being in Corfu. Would definitely recommend the Summer Desire apartment but having a car is essential.

We found beds a bit hard, but maybe we are just spoiled with our own comfort.

Super friendly staff, very warm welcome and support. Our booking manager was very nice and always ready to help or answer any questions. Location as well very convenient, not far from places to eat and Kavos's beaches (less than 15 minutes). Everything was amazing.

The rooms were clean, a wonderful garden with facilities for children available. Things for children such as a baby bath, a toilet seat - the lady of the house offered us of her own accord. Very nice meeting overall. Thank you for letting us enjoy our stay at your place :)

It's a nice and steady summer house near the seashore and ~600 meters away from the Kavos' night life spots. There're parking lots and children playground available with the inner court equiped with BBQ, tables, umbrellas and long beds. The rooms have AC available - works fine, kitchenette with basic cookware and some dishes, fridge, toaster, kettle and 2-spots cooking oven. There's a lot of stuff making the baby's stay comfortable including high chair, toilet seat, extra beds and toys in the court. Upon arrival you get a welcoming tray and a traveller's journal with all directions and information about the location, sightseeing, useful phone numbers etc. There're Lidl, Diellas and Masoutis supermarkets 3-5 km away, lots of restaurants, tavernas and bars nearby, a gas station, Lefkimmi's port taking you to continental Greece by fare and a Tech shop offering prepaid local SIM cards. There're lots of sandy beaches nearby where you can get an umbrella and 2 sunbeds for 8-10 EUR/day. What / Who really makes this place great are two charming ladies - Foteini as the host and Margaret as the cleaning lady. These two will do everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible by providing the right guidance and services.

The house could really use some renovation (like any other houses, nothing dramatic, just some basic repairs and adjustments) The rooms facing the road to Kavos can be quite noisy since the traffic is quite intense until 2-3 a.m. so if you aim for better sleeping make sure to book the room with seaside view If you're allergic to cats be careful (I guess it's just a typical story for Corfu) since there're 2-3 cats visiting you every day

The location is absolutely ideal if you are going with children as you are very close to the sandy beach and the strip area with shops and restaurants, but still very quite. The garden is big enough for kids to run around and also safe while close to the private beach the property has (note this is a wild beach with deeper water than what you find on Kavos sandy beach). The accommodation is basic but I can’t fault it as it has everything we needed and very clean. The host is absolutely exceptional and greeted us when we arrived (even if it was midnight), answered all my questions and was extremely considerate by preparing a welcome tray and allowing us to late check out. Overall I can’t fault this place and it is definitely great value for money.

Very nice staff. Comfortable rooms. Cleaning every day. Clean towels and sheets during the stay. Big and quite garden. Amazing view.
