Really lovely hotel for the price you pay. We booked the deluxe room, and had a clearly modern spacious room, with a distant sea view as a bonus! All ladies working in the hotel were really friendly and attentive. Daily room cleaning was a bonus. The hotel is a good size, so wasn't crowded by the pool area, although it looked like all rooms were full. 10-12 minute walk to the main Faliraki centre, close enough to be in the hustle and bustle but also peaceful enough to relax by the pool without any road noises.

The only thing we could point our finger on is the breakfast. Unfortunately, not a lot of vegeterian options other than tomato, cucumber and sugary cakes/pastries, with all cooked items including meat.

We arrived as per pre-advised scheduled time and were already surprised (after parking the car) that we couldn't find any reception. We literally walked all around the facilities and had to ask other guests for it. Everyone had the same issue.. After checking in, and given the room key, we were asked to pay for city taxes, which was incorrect because we had already paid them over booking.com. This was then corrected further on and we were given the cash back. Upon entering the room we were in literal shock. It was big but looked more like a prison chamber rather then a hotel room. The ceiling light was white neon bright. The furniture was old and the room was very smelly. It was a ground floor room. The fridge smelled horrible and was extremely dirty. We didn't even know where to sit. We ran to the reception and confronted them that we had booked the premium room and if that was the premium...dear god! The hotel manager was called and started calling me "darling" & "my friend" none of which I appreciated. After showing her the totally different booking.com photos we were given another key for a higher floor. In all honesty it was an 'upgrade' but from a 0 to a 5 on a scale of 10. Also this room had a weird smell and the bathroom was like entering a dungeon. We settled for it as we understood that this was all they had to offer. We took several photos and videos and sent them already to booking because it's literally nothing like advertised and is on the edge of a scam. During our stay we spoke to other guests who had the exact same thought and shared the same disappointment. To add insult to injury, the following issues arose: 1. In Sundays there is no cleaning of rooms. No towel change, no beds done, nothing. As we stayed two weeks, that meant twice no cleaning.. But we got charged and paid for those days same as the other days with cleaning. 2. Not once in our two week stay did we get shower gel or shampoo refills.

It was very clean, all staff apart from one who did breakfast were very nice.

Evita was everything I hoped it would be! We stayed for 2 weeks and we had the most perfect vacation at this peacefull place. Nice and friendly staff, well-assorted breakfast and beautiful, clean enviroment

Old refrigator in the breakfast ( it is impossible to take foods in the middle) and coffee machine which gives only 2 options without milk. İt should have been repaired before the season
