Theodorou Beach Hotel Apartments

The front desk staff were always very patient and welcoming. There are chairs at the hotel entrance where you can sit and face the sea, which is quite comfortable. The balcony of the hotel room offers a wide view of the ocean, and when you open the door, you can feel the cool sea breeze. The room also has a mini kitchen and tableware. There is a swimming pool available at the hotel as well. Although the location is a bit far from the city center, there is an Ideal Bike Rental nearby, making the distance less of an issue after renting a bike.

There is no shower curtain or door in the bathing area, which can make the bathroom floor wet. It also seems that there is no convenient laundry service available.

mancava il necessario per lavare i piatti, in piscina non vi è nessun cartello che informi chi non lo sa che prima di entrare bisogna farsi la doccia e il bar decantanto nella descrizione non l abbiamo mai visto aperto. La parte più negativa e di questo anche booking dovrebbe rendersi responsabile e che la descrizione dei servizi offerti dalla struttura non corrispondono a quanto descritto:la colazione non era inclusa come si può intendere ma peggio era a pagamento e da consumarsi in una struttura balneare situata difronte all hotel stesso, con inizio dopo le ore 9 .La stessa spiaggia non è come si intende da descrizione facente parte della struttura ed inclusa nel prezzo ma a pagamento per fortuna ad basso costo

De bedden waren zeer goed. Ruim appartement met goed uitgeruste keukenhoek en twee terrasjes met tafel en stoelen. Leuke tuin met zwembad en ruim terras aan de straatkant. Een beetje buiten de drukte van Kos centrum maar wel leuk strand en barretjes vlak bij.

Het hotel is gerenoveerd maar oogt toch een beetje ouderwets door de jaren 80 furniture en badkamer.

Erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel! Mooie kamer met zicht op zee.

Airconditioning leek aan de oudere kant, maakte best veel geluid. Douchedarm was kapot, waardoor er geen water uit kwam. Dit werd snel hersteld, maar nog steeds niet optimaal.

I really enjoyed the service from the hotel. They were very keen and flexible to my requests. The room has everything needed for a comfortable stay with one particular exception that I will elaborate later.

While the service was great and I am happy about that, I believe the price I paid exceeds the overall value of the stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, which I really appreciated. However, I noticed that the cleanliness of the room could have been improved. Especially the aircon which I was not able to use during my whole stay because it was just full of bacteria and mould. Turning it on meant to risk my health and I would suggest they do a professional chemical wash in the aircon so that future guests can use the aircon without developing respiratory problems. This is the only thing that negatively caught my attention. I will not share photos about it for respect to the property but I urge them to seriously check this. The rest of things were as expected and I would still recommend this place.

Posizione ottima, vicino al porto e al centro. Con possibilità di noleggio motocicli a 300 metri dall’hotel. Pulizia non ottimale. Utensili per la cucina assenti. Personale reception disponibile.
