Theodorou Beach Hotel Apartments

excellent location 300m from the Marina super accommodation for those who come/go to the sea for sailing and not only very friendly staff (special thanks to Maria)

if you are a positive person you have nothing to complain about if you are a negative person you can blame / but guys...don't demand 5 stars for the price you pay, be honest

The location looked OK, but the hotel next door played loud music all evening. It is near a beach run by the hotel, but a separate daily charge of 7 euros per person was made for that beach,

The room was not clean on our arrival with someone else's hair on the floor. The crockery and eating utensils were grubby. This wasn't surprising as no cleaning materials or cloths were supplied for the kitchen. Clearly the chamber maid didn't regard it as her responsibility. Because of the shortage of water on Kos, you have to put toilet paper in a separate bin, but this wasn't emptied every day. The hairdrier was a weird design and was hanging off the wall by its electric wire. We reported this at the desk but nothing was done about it. It seemed the person on reception was just there to deflect complaints not solve them. We were not surprised when we were told on asking for a taxi to be called when we checked out to be told there would be a booking fee for getting a taxi to take us to the airport, since it was clearly only running the place to make money at every possible opportunity.

Very close to our favourite little beach. Beautiful surroundings and great pool. Beds were very comfortable and it was a decent sized room.

Wifi connection was not good.
