Staff were happy enough but failed to act satifactorily on requests by guests

Cleaning of the bedroom / bathroom area wasn't great. Sheets, towels and bins changed ok but actual cleaning / mopping wasn't done in 2 weeks. The dining room had a toaster and microwave in the corner with a sheet over them. Advised by staff that they weren't working. Looked on trip advisor and found that they hadn't been working since June / July if not earlier than that. I did ask for a working toaster and microwave ( as the food was cold / warm at best ). The toaster ( albeit a 4 slice)turned up 3 days later but no microwave. Many guests stated that a microwave in the dining room was needed to reheat the food.....which to be fair, the selection of food was ok.The hotel ran out of wine on several occasions which shouldn't happen at a 3 star hotel providing an all inclusive service. Also, I mentioned that the butter was rancid, smelled terrible, but was told by restaurant staff that it was ok, but so many guests complained that they eventually took it away. Drink dispensing machines ran out of flavouring / coffee machines ran out of coffee and milk on quite a few occasions, which obviously does happen. But the impression I got was that it had been a long hard season and they couldn't be bothered to do anything in a hurry....they were certainly not proactive or reactive as you would expect. Overall, this hotel is badly in need of updating in all areas.This hotel is rated as 3 star....but in my personal opinion it is a 2 star at best on a good day. On the + side the garden areas were well looked after but the pool area needs updating as there were many sunbeds broken as there were suitable ones available. Would I return....possibly if it was updated. For me,personally...it's the little things that make the difference. Especially a working suitable toaster and microwave to reheat your food if you like it hot !!

The facilities were awful, not enough plugs in the bedroom, not very clean at all. The pool area was very dirty very.

The staff were very friendly and responsive.

The bathroom facilities are worn out, the shower head kept falling apart.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Nice location, room service good. Variety of food, fruits & drinks available. Cleanliness & housekeeping outstanding.

Food was not labelled so kids ate wrong food, drinks were mostly flat. WiFi was not available in the rooms, maintenance issues. (Exhaust fan not working in the toilet, no tissue roll dispenser, AC dripping, door handle broken & walls needed repainting)
