The views are stunning, out of this world. we loved every minute of it and we’re there for five days.

The beds needed upgrading but it in no way put me off. I felt stiff most mornings.

The location was great!

The “air cooling” system, though explained, didn’t cool the room. Luckily, it wasn’t too hot and the windows had bug screens, so we could leave the windows open at night!

It´s amazing place in the heart of Italian nature :) you will love it! Finally we visited Toscany in the spring and all was green and full of life! And the staff was perfect! The recommended us many nice places which we visited. Thank you

"Remote, relaxing, Authentic"

The staff, Matt & Domonique were fabulous hosts, they couldn't do enough for you. The chef and the owner when we met them were very welcoming. The location was fabulous also. Every effort has been made to make you as comfortable as possible.

The room had damp issues, which they were tackling with dehumidifiers, it didn't spoil our stay, but is reflected in the overall score, because it made the room less attractive. Having said that, it was the oldest part of a beautiful Tuscan property, so understandable.

The view and the staff was amazing. Breakfast wasn’t too broad, but was very delicious. Home baked black bread was something super good.. The staff (a girl and a man) were very friendly and suggested what to visit around.

We expected a pool, but due to raining days it wasn’t prepared. The towels were not getting dry fast enough, but at the last day the host suggested new ones. For breakfast it would have been perfect to have some vegetables.

Beautifully renovated old buildings with exposed brickwork, comprehensively equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, 4 ring gas hob. Excellent powerful air conditioning units in both bedrooms, modern bathroom fittings, great shower, beautiful view from excellent infinity swimming pool. Very clean & well kept throughout.

No washing machine! Had to keep hand washing swim suits & towels though plenty of drier / washing line space & pegs provided
