La zona exterior para los niños

Marco, the owner was there to welcome us. The space was big enough for my family (I had two teenagers with me). The location was good for getting to the centre of Cascais, the beach and the train station with a train line that goes through Carcavelos (where there is a bigger beach), Belem and straight into the heart of Lisbon. There was also a small supermarket within walking distance with all the essentials and a larger one (best got to in a car). The pool and garden area had lots of seating, although this is shared with one other family, we rarely saw them. We didn't cook in the villa, but the facilities were there to do so. The scenery around the villa was beautiful. I also like, that the owner has taken on our suggestion of adding some more storage in the bathroom and living area. As three females with lots of make up, toiletries, hair products and clothes, there wasn't enough storage for us to put our things away, especially in the bathroom. It's great, that Marco has taken this on board. When in Lisbon last year, we stayed in a lovely hotel, with breakfast, pool etc but my teens said they definitely preferred staying in the villa because it was quieter and they had more privacy and freedom to do things at their own pace, so a big bonus!

The pool was smaller than expected, but fine for cooling off after laying in the sun, and probably more manageable for those with young children. As mine were teens, we tended to have more beach days so they could swim in the sea. The walk to/from the villa into the centre of Cascais is only short (10-12 mins), but if coming back at night, there is part of it that has no lighting and so is very dark. We only did that once. Although it is probably quite safe, I preferred that we took an Uber back at night €5-6.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. Notre hôte nous a donné de bonnes adresses concernant des restaurants dans les alentours. Les enfants se sont super bien amusés avec tous les activités proposées sur le terrain. Je recommande

Aardige en vriendelijke gastheer, goed ontvangst. Prima kamer, al was het wel wat krap met twee volwassenen en twee kinderen. Veel leuke speelmogelijkheden  voor de kinderen. De kinderen vermaakten zich heel goed met alle spelletjes, trampoline en het speelhuisje. Zij konden lekker hun gang gaan.  Ook genoten we van de heerlijke en rustige omgeving waarin de accomodatie ligt, en natuurlijk ook het zwembad. Prima!

Zoals geschreven was het allemaal prima, en hebben we het leuk gehad. Maar gezien de prijs per nacht die we betald hebben in combinatie met de advertentie op booking.com hadden wij meer verwacht. De prijs kwaliteit is niet in verhouding. De kamer is prima, maar vrij eenvoudig. Ook zou de kamer wel wat beter afgewerkt/ onderhouden mogen worden; het is wat gedateerd. Zwembad is een stuk kleiner/eenvoudiger dan de foto's doen vermoeden. Dat was wel jammer. Verder wel lekker om even in af te koelen aan het einde van de middag. Kortom: prima verblijf, maar voldeed niet helemaal aan onze verwachting (prijs-kwaliteitverhouding) die we hadden na het boeken van dit huis. Het eindcijfer is vooral gebaseerd op prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. Nog een punt, maar daar kan de eigenaar niks aan doen: de blaffende honden snachts, en de kraaiende haan/hanen smorgens vroeg. Werden we toch iedere keer wakker van.

Pan agresywny, z obsesją śledzenia gości… wyliczający czas zabawy dziecka w strefie tzw.basenu…mówiąc, że inni chcą z niego skorzystać… oprócz nas nie było tam nikogo.

On a beaucoup aimé cette endroit très calme avec plusieurs activités sur place pour les enfants c'était génial pas très loin du centre ville de cascais franchement je recommande

Tout était parfait.

Las instalaciones, los juegos para niños, la calma y tranquilidad. Muy próximo la ciudad. El propietario muy amable y atento en todo momento.
