Very comfortable location relative to the city, that is, maximum accessibility (20 minutes to the center), but not on the highway and not in a busy quarter. Parking the car directly near the house, which was convenient for us - lovers to carry everything with us. Loading and unloading operations did not cause any problems. The house with apartments is made entirely of natural materials, including interior decoration, which, obviously, was done by the owners with great diligence. It turned out very cozy and beautiful. Our apartments on the ground floor fully met our rather non-standard requirements. First of all, a great bed with a firm mattress, which was essential for our backs, thick curtains on the windows, cool bed linen and pillows with blankets were chosen wisely. The second fundamental point is the kitchen. We always cook on trips and for us the presence of certain electrical appliances, dishwashers and dishes is vital, because there are a lot of dietary restrictions. In our apartments - Hemp - everything was available, new and very convenient. Plumbing and bathroom deserve special praise: in general, the system has amazing water quality, incredible water pressure in the shower, excellent quality plumbing, there is a bidet. In addition, there is a very inexpensive bath complex on the territory of the estate, in which everything is thought out to the smallest detail: from brewed herbs for the bathroom to a special decoction for drinking in a beautiful thermos. Bathrobes and slippers were brought very carefully in advance, there was a feeling that you were at home, but at the same time someone invisible takes care of you all the time. An excellent stove that allows you to achieve a high temperature if you have a love for a hot and dry bath. We love wet and with a low degree, so we made ourselves just like this. No one violated our privacy and 3 hours flew by unnoticed, no one was standing with a watch in his hands, so we slowly gathered and were relaxed.

The photos of the property have nothing to do with reality. it is Solid country house on the main road of the village. only good thing is the room itself as it was big enough and clean.

The rate was higher then a 4star hotels in Ljubljana and it is not too close to Ljubljana even by car. So looking at photos in booking we judged it is great village place to stay for the family - Wrong. We thought breakfast shall be included in the such rate. We traveled with child who sleeps on the same bed with parents however we were charged additional euros for the child because there are more beds in the room - Not fair. upon entering the room - there is a kitchen with a coffee machine including 2 Capsules of coffee. additional capsules - You should buy! the House situated on the main street of the Village it is not the Tranquil area and it is absolutely nowhere to go for a walk! with the kid you have a choice to drive somewhere and host suggesting park in Ljubljana, or walk along the street in front of other houses. There are no bicycles (we were told there are electric for adults but were not available)… No activity at all you can do in this place as all adjacent area is neighboring houses and private land. In the room itself - the mattress on the bed is so thin that you feel all your bones. i don’t know it is so old or so cheap and i don’t care. it is back pain guaranteed in the morning. There are absolutely no Toiletries - no Shower Gel, No Shampoo, Only soap dispenser somewhere in between the shower and the sink. how to get clean and comfortable after you find this place - i wonder… checkin time is at 16.00 and checkout at 10.00 - Really?? Becouse of generosity of the Host we were given one hour late checkout till 11.00am… RESUME: If you stuck at night without petrol to get additional 20 mins to the center of Ljubljana, dont need shower and you sleep on deck usually, happy to pay overpriced things and additional € for breakfast, travel by yourself and without any kids - this place might suit you. Otherwise be aware and think twice.

The host was the BEST, she was very helpful informative and pleasant! The house is really great and we definitely recommend going there. it is 10 minutes to center of Ljubljana by car + great green nature.

The room was a bit crowded for a family of 6. It could be that there is too much furniture when 6 people are staying.
