Location was fantastic,the view right over the beach, air-conditioning was powerful, kitchen facilities, great terrace, soft clean bed.

There are no mosquito screens on the balcony! Too many mosquitos in the room, impossible to open the balcony and breathe fresh air. Towels and curtains with large dirty spots, dishes not clean at all! The door opening was not convenient to enter and exit. Broken bathroom floor drain. No housekeeping.

Location was OK

You arrive at the property and the owner is not there, so you have to disturb the other guests to ask where to find him, and they tell you that you need to call him so he can tell you which room is yours. You wait until 2:00 p.m., which is the check-in time, for someone to let you know whether you can enter the room. And again you wait, wait, but no one informs you. Finally, you decide it makes no sense to wait any longer and you enter the room—and shock! You have never seen a smaller bathroom, absolutely tiny—when you bend down to wash your face, you hit your forehead on the mirror and your back on the wall behind you. There is no normal bathroom door, just an accordion-style one—something you’ve never seen before. The balcony is also tiny, you can barely sit at the table to have a coffee, and water drips on your head from the air conditioner. If you use the stove, after five minutes it starts beeping and shuts down, and then you have to wait around 30 minutes before you can turn it back on. Cleanliness was satisfactory

Das Zimmer war nicht sauber und roch nach veraltetem schweiss. Das Badezimmer ist gerade mal genug breit, dass man hinein passt, aber von Komfort keine rede. Es scheint als wäre das Badezimmer für Menschen mit einer durchschnittsgrösse von 1.20m gemacht. Der Deckel der WC-Schüssel wird mit einer Schnurr festgehalten, damit man die Toilette benutzen kann. Der Wasserhahn beim Küchenbecken bricht fast auseinander und in den Ecken des Zimmers waren Spinnennetze und dreck. Das Personal antwortet auf die Kontaktaufnahme über Booking nicht, sprich sie antworten nicht wenn man ihnen schreibt. Sie schreiben nur was sie zu sagen haben und geben auf die Nachrichten und Fragen welche man ihnen stellt, keine Antwort. Somit entstehen zusätzliche Kosten für die Kontakaufnahme pber Telefon. Im Objekt selber giebt es auch keine Reception oder Personal das die Gäste empfängt, also wieder Anrufen und nach dem Zimmer fragen.

Die Lage ist traumhaft... Wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Bucht von Thessaloniki
