Apartamencie przestronny, zadbany, super czysty. Samo centrum Starówki a zarazem dwa kroki od terenów zielonych. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia.

Klimatyzacja nie dała rady schłodzić mieszkania. Mini okienko dachowe ledwo co się uchyla. W kuchni nie było ani jednego garnka, ani noża do krojenia.

Kłopotliwe dotarcie do celu (ulice jednokierunkowe). Skomplikowane parkowanie chociaż po rozpoznaniu tylko pozornie.
