The Staff was kind and helpful. The remote location must be nicer in summer time with family/kids.

Food

I would like to share a very unpleasant and hazardous situation related to this booking that required us to abruptly cancel the trip. During our second night (May 31st) when returning to our room (number 8) we noticed very unpleasant smoke throughout our room - the smoke originated from a nearby BBQ chimney that is shared by the facility to other guests. We notified the owner that it is both unpleasant and unsafe to stay in these conditions and especially that our child is chronically diagnosed with asthma and requires inhalation steroid treatment. The owner tried to provide us with an alternate room for which we did not agree - it was smaller, had less beds and there was no balcony. After we did not agree and asked for a refund the owner tried to blame us for keeping the windows open (we were out of the facility) and wanted to bring large fans into the room - first of all they would be loud, second they would not keep the problem solved as the smoke was still actively coming out of the BBQ. Finally they agreed to pay back but maintained a very unpleasant attitude towards us (did not even bother to apologize), that should never take place in such kind of facility that’s advertised as so called upscale.
