The management was really helpful. Everything was clean and comfortable. It is close to everything ,so the location is very good.

Just the neighbourhood

Very bad experience. We paid €153 for two nights, and the condition of the room was completely unacceptable for that price. Cleanliness and maintenance were clearly neglected: • dirty and poorly fixed switches and power outlets, • bedside table that was unstable and in very poor condition, • extremely dirty air ventilation fan, • heavily limescaled and oxidized sink faucet, and the faucet was not even fixed properly: it was loose and turning in all directions, • dirty joints and damaged finishes, • cracks on the ceiling and walls, • window cracked and held together with tape, which is also a real safety issue, • TV properly fixed but covered with paint stains, • one of the lights was not working because a bulb was missing. But the most shocking part was the bedding: • sheets and blanket clearly not washed, • very unpleasant smell, • visible stains on the sheets, • and even a nail clipping found on the blanket. This is completely unacceptable from a hygiene standpoint. Overall, the room felt dirty, run-down, poorly maintained, and patched together, far from the standards expected for a hotel at this price. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel and strongly advise against staying here until serious renovations and real efforts regarding cleanliness are made.
