Staff were great the room and towels smelt of mold that I got sick shower could feel slime,, marks on sheets and couch. The staff were great tho anything I asked for.

I stayed at this apartment for the second time, one month again like last year. The first time was great, but this time was a really bad experience. The blanket was very dirty, and I asked to change it three times. A young Chinese staff member always say, “i will come back in 5" but never came back. Same with the trash I asked him, and he said “I’m coming,” but didn’t do anything. He was rude and not helpful at all. The other staff were nice and tried their best. The Wi-Fi is very, very bad and slow. I had to use my 4G many times because I couldn’t do anything with their internet. The AC also doesn’t work properly it’s not strong and the room stays hot. When I checked in, the guy working there was so rude. He didn’t understand English.. I was too tired to find another hotel, so I stayed but I’ll never stay here again. Worst experience ever.

The room was extremely dirty We didn’t stay in the apartment…. And we didn’t get a refund. Very disappointing Booking.com

construction all day next door , staff didnt know english at all , facilities in room wasnt was as offered when booking.

Nothing all was very good

It was a comfortable and modern room. The size of the room is great, lots of space with a couch and a desk with a chair. The bathroom was also recently renovated which was really nice. The big fridge was a plus. The bed was very big and super comfortable.

The rooftop is being renovated so there is nothing there. For the kitchen there is no utensils, or pots or pans so no point for the kitchen because I will not buy stuff like that for a 5 day stay. The toilet didn't always flush properly. The noise of the renovation was a little annoying but I understand that there is nothing to do about that. There is no daylight in the rooms.
