smells mold and molds in the bathroom are gross, no proper sunlight and ventilation - room smells like smoke. the couch is kinda wet probably because the AC is leaking

Good location, but there are too many BUT I recognized this place upon arrival, one of my friends stayed there for a couple nights, i booked it occasionally seeing there is a kitchen, but in the reality there is just dirty old plastic kitchen stuff, dirty plastic table, dirty old sofa i had to cover with my clothing to sit on it, very weird old bed linen, old towels, shower that makes the whole bathroom wet and a cherry to my cake - 300€ were stolen from my open suitcase on the first day

Location is only fine if you have your own vehicle, or using apps like Gojek.

Everything else - rooms were not at all like they were pictured. Baffles me how they kept the rating. First room I got absolutely STANK of mould, it was disgusting. Bathrooms have this bizarre opening that link to other room's bathrooms, so you can smell the mould and mildew from every room. Sheets were obviously old, towels were thin and grey, with holes. Kitchenette sink was filthy, utensils had not been properly washed. Bathroom door didn't close without a lot of difficulty. Room door was also difficult to lock, you had to lift the handle a certain way. Rooftop had a manky chihuahua and not much else. There's very little natural light coming in the room from the thin window. When I asked the girl at the counter to change rooms, she was at first reluctant. I also asked for a refund and she tried to discourage me from it, saying that it was an inconvenient process for them (???). Terrible customer service. I would suggest you spend your money elsewhere.

I don't usually like to write bad reviews, but in this case I can't keep my mouth shut, so I'll start with the positives: The location is central and the price is quite cheap and were the only two positives points.

Misleading photos, advanced state of disrepair, humidity problem, the building has not been maintained although it should be almost new as it was built in 2018, the furniture is of poor quality and the bathroom is worthy of an unkempt public toilet.

Room is clean. Staff is kind. Price is nice. Thanks!😊
