In town centre great for the family staff great can’t wait to go back again

It was disappointing that the pool/sauna area was shut but we knew this in advance of arrival . We were given free tickets for waterworld, but it was fully booked, so we weren’t able to use them.

Close to waterworld and all main shops and restaurants. Only a few minutes to the beach. Staff were very friendly. Parking was good. Lift was handy. Dog friendly.

Very loud noise from a nearby pub was the only problem, made getting to sleep a bit tricky as our room was overlooking the main st where the loud pub was. Apart from this, it was a lovely stay and would return and recommend this hotel to any family.

Location is perfect. Close to everything and enjoyed the bar and music in the evenings. It was busy during our stay, lots of families.

6 of us in a 3 bed with only one bathroom was a struggle to be fair especially when it came to coming off the beach and getting ready for dinner.

Location was good. Staff were really nice and friendly.

Zero sound proofing. Can hear EVERYTHING from rooms next door. When neighbours cooked it smelt like they cooked in our apartment. The place needs a revamp, apartments very outdated. Shower was terrible too.

Location is great. It was clean. Price is fair. Enough space for a big family.

Carpets are a bit old but nothing serious
