Atlantic Apartotel

Das Apartment war grösser als erwartet, die Küche und das Bad alt, aber zweckmässig, mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit! Die Lage ist phänomenal.

Die Tage sind lang, d.h., es wird sehr spät dunkel, die Vorhänge haben nicht genügend abgesunkelt. Dies ist nicht weiter tragisch, wenn man sehr müde ist 😉, ansonsten Schlafmaske mitnehmen.

Location was perfect. Close to bars and restaurants. The beach was just across the road

I thought a 10am check out was very early.

The staff was excellent. So friendly and helpful

The spa was not working and pool was a little cold.

The beds were very comfortable.

We think that you could have provided some provisions ie, milk, sugar, tea, coffee. The sofa was far too low and uncomfortable. We tried to sit on it but really struggled to get up. The furniture was so rickety and old we didn't unpack our belongings.

Shower didn't work Window in bathroom broken Kitchen next to bathroom and toilet Had to put 2 euros into metre my husband asked at reception was it necessary due to the fact we had already paid 6 euros on the bill. Cooker had been cleaned but was still dirty. Bedrooms so small. Quilt covers so heavy. Under cushions on furniture was food crumbs. It was so cold in the apartment however heating was put on next evening. Noise of doors banging. Banging on door at 1am it seemed deliberate. The reason we booked this apartment was that it was the only place we could bring our small dog. No one on reception till 10am. We left one day early. I was visiting my sick father Bundoran was close to his home.
