Puspa Ayu Villas & Apartments

Great location and not the usual 200 room hotel. Very boutique and has a great ambience.

We could hear people in the rooms beside and above us. Not partying just moving around so the walls etc were not particularly sound proof. The shower had no door which meant the whole bathroom would get wet when you showered. Rooms are quite small but hey for the price it was fine.

A quiet retreat in the middle of bustling Kuta, Bali. Decor in the villas was very tasteful and the villas were huge! The staff were extremely friendly and Lucy and Kamang really went out their way to accommodate a change in rooms for us during our stay. We were also grateful for the help the staff gave us to move our luggage to a different room when we changed rooms. Kamang very helpful in arranging a local driver for our excursions and airport shuttle.

Some maintenance on the rooms required, eg the door handle on Villa 10 was broken. Neighbours behind the villas a little noisy (but probably unavoidable). Monotonous AI music choice in the restaurant despite a request for some variety since we were there for a week. Staff’s command of English (beside Lucy, the manageress) was poor (understandable since English was not their first language) but resulted in some challenges communicating with them.

The location is amazing. The manager Lucy was so friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff made great cocktails. Morning coffees from the van were lovely. Really we had to make ourselves leave to go out we didnt want to.

Large spacious villa with lots of room. Great location across from Discovery Mall. Wonderful gelato place at the end of the gang. Laundry across the way.

Pool a bit cold and small paved area. Only 1 pool lounge
