The wifi

The location and panoramic view were the high point.

Very Spartan in style. There was no cutlery, pans or sugar so cooking a meal or having coffee with sugar were not possibile. The small stove for the coffee moka did not work. We had to pay €9 for swimming hats and were not given a receipt and found later people were swimming without them. The hosts were not hospitable nor welcoming.

Clean, peacefull place. Nice rooms and apartment. Recomended for families. Good point to explore Umbria.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The beds were comfortable and the room was a good size for our family of 3. The breakfast each morning was plenty and traditional Italian. Very good. The location to Todi was close and could see the gorgeous town from the pool. Parking our rental car was easy, lots of parking available. We had fun practicing our Italian the week we stayed. Would definitely return and recommend to anyone.

Lovely property with a view looking up at Todi, close to the highway, easy access to other Umbria locations & dinner out in Todi, run by a very nice family.
