I Carusi Relais

Le décor, la chambre donnant sur les oliviers était magnifique 🥰 le personnel et la propriétaire étaient tout simplement incroyables et attentionnés au client. Propriétaire très souriante. Literie extrêmement confortable! Nous avons adoré notre séjour! La nourriture était très très bonne!

Le prix des repas un peu dispendieux mais la qualité l’emporte

Beautiful property. You could just stay here the whole time. Food and drinks offering are great. Massage in the outdoor relax area was delightful. Also close to the beach- nice walk through the nature reserve. Lovely staff!

Great location, great property and service.

The pool was amazing and the staff was so welcoming. We were able to order drinks at the pool and the service was great. Our room was large with a large bathroom and walk-in closet. We had a private patio with a fabulous view of the sunset. Dinner was great and breakfast had so many options. The property was beautiful.

I wanted to give them 5 stars so bad, but they came up short on a few things. We went to get into bed the first night and the sheets were dirty. There was a chocolate color stain and lots of hair. They came in immediately and changed the sheets, but it left a bad taste. Also we did yoga, which was great, but the mats were cheap and slippery.

This was a stunning property with beautiful views and the loveliest staff. The accommodations were also new, well maintained, and very clean.

prachtige frisse kamers, prachtig uitzicht van het zwembad, super lekkere keuken met zeer romantisch uitzicht en zonsondergang. ook de massage met zicht op de vallei en zee was top! Kortom, absolute aanrader in de streek!!!

Absolutely gorgeous property, excellent staff

Air conditioning did not work, 1st night we were told it works, that’s how it is in Sicily. Wrong. Miserable night, way too hot in our room even with a fan provided. Were told to keep windows shut due to spraying for misquotes early in the morning. In the morning, spoke with whom I believe is the manager and/or owner. She didn’t know anything about the night before, disheartening. And then wanted to show me how to use the control pad for the air conditioning. I told her that is how I used it, however something is wrong with the ac. She had an air conditioning maintenance person, worked on system, and told the lady that it was indeed broken and part won’t be available for 3 days. It was the weekend. She did get another room for us at s neighboring property, with ac. That was kind of her. And it was ok place, just not the same category as I Carusi relais. We paid top dollar for an incredible property, they kept the full amount and I believe she paid the other property for us. Once again, not remotely the level of property and we were not reimbursed or discounted at all unfortunately.
