"A privilege."

This is an outstanding place to stay. Genuinely paradise. The setting has been created with love and knowledge. Every attention to detail in the accommodation, linen, Sicilian toiletries, all respect for a bio and eco pledge. The menu is sensational, celebrating the land and natural produce. Fennel from the fields, almonds from the trees. Simona and her team have realised something very special indeed and are to be congratulated. Thank you.

Everything. It was paradise. Everyone was so nice and helpful. We don’t have a single complaint. We travel extensively and this was one of the most special places we have ever stayed at. We HIGHLY recommend it.

The room was spacious, very clean, and the bed very comfortable. The property is very well cared for and the staff is welcoming and helpful. The location is ideal because, while it allowed us to visit Noto, Ragusa, Siracusa, and Marzamemi, it gave us a beautiful and peaceful place to come back to and relax.

The most amazing place to go to and enjoy Sicily. Hard to describe the atmosphere, view and the food with words. The fact that it’s a hotel with only 5 rooms, top top service and the most spectacular view and amenities makes it an amazing experience.

The breakfast serve is takes a very long time - yet while on holiday in such an amazing place it’s ok to take your time :)

This was an absolutely beautiful property, with lovely & helpful, but not pushy staff. The room was spacious, cool (we travelled during a heat wave), very clean, and the bed very comfortable. The pool was beautiful. Breakfast was good, and the restaurant in the courtyard overlooking sunset for dinner was excellent. Really wish we could have stayed longer.

Tea and coffee in the rooms would be good. I really wanted to try some of the olives that they grow on the property but couldn’t find an opportunity.
